RESCUE - STANLEY PURVIS - LOUISIANA

Delia Hardie reports that Purvis, now named Stanley, was originally named for Purvis, MS where he was found wandering and taken to a local veterinarian by the people who found him. The local veterinarian kept him for a couple of months while they tried to find his owners. He was in great shape and now lives with a couple in New Orleans. These guys had a male Airedale who had just passed away at the age of 12. Their previous Airedale was also adopted from Louisiana Airedale Rescue.

Here is a picture of Purvis, now known as Stanley Purvis, with his new people, Ron and Mark. Please note the paintings on the wall. The one right above them is Spencer, an Airedale that we placed with them awhile back and who crossed the rainbow bridge about a year and a half ago. To the right of the painting of Spencer is The Airedale, Jacob, Ron and Mark had before Spencer. There is no doubt in my mind that this is a wonderful home for him. I just came back from visiting with them and am happy to report that Stanley Purvis is happy and healthy.
