SCARLETT (approx. 3 or 4 yrs old) and RHETT (approx. 4 or 5 yrs. old) were taken to a rural shelter because the owners were moving and couldn't take the dogs. The shelter volunteer was awesome and took a lot of effort to get the Airedales into rescue. The dogs were positive for tick disease and had to be treated. Rhett now lives in Washington, D.C. And Scarlett (now Maddie) lives in Kansas.

ReplyDeleteMaddie misses her buddy Rhett, but is happily living the life of Queen dog at our house. We can't thank Oklahoma Rescue enough for connecting us with this sweet dog. She is a blessing to us!
